Water is a vital part of our daily lives. Indeed, it is the most important constituent of our body, since we have about 70% in volume, and about 99% in number of molecules.
It is then recommended to drink water in large quantity and to absorb, per day, up to 30 ml of pure water per kilo of weight. It corresponds to a volume of water varying between 2.5 and 3 liters per day for our health and well-being. This is why both are essential because they depend largely on the quantity and quality of the water we drink.
