Bacteria grow in lime water, which is formed in the tank and around faucets. Thanks to this softener filter, the absence of limescale therefore prevents the formation of these bacteria.
The KT softener filter is tested and may require changing every four months, depending on the water hardness. We recommend it to be changed at least once a year.
